I started in Housing in 1999 as a Skillseeker apprentice. I have worked in a variety of roles within Glasgow Housing Association, and now the Wheatley Group. From Admin, Housing Officer, Business Improvement Manager and Locality Housing Director I have a vast range of experience.

In July 2023 I took up a new role within Wheatley, taking on the challenge of Director of Customer First Centre.

Overseeing a contact centre comprising of over 200 staff, providing a 24/7 365 service to customers allows me to ensure my strong customer focus is reflected in our service.

From our Advisors, Specialists, Customer Experience Team to my leadership team, we aim to deliver outstanding services, whilst supporting staff to fulfil their potential.

Staff within the CFC have won 3 awards in 2024 and I am delighted to lead a team with so many great staff
