Awards Entry Rules
When entering the UKCCF National Awards Programme, please be mindful of these rules for entry:
- An organisation can submit up to three nominations per category.
- Each entry is permitted to submit 2 additional attachments to support their nomination (this does not include the logo and digital picture requested).
- Entry is FREE for UKCCF members. Non-members are charged as follows:
- up to 3 categories: £350 (+VAT)
- 3 – 6 categories: £370 (+VAT)
- 6+ categories: £390 (+VAT)
- Nominations will close at 5pm on Friday 30th June 2026. Any entries received after this time will not be accepted.
- Nomination shortlist will be announced on Friday 20th July 2026. The PROPOSER will receive an email advising if the nominee has been successful. the shortlist will also be announced on our awards website: https://www.ukccfawards.co.uk.
- Each category will have a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 8 finalists in the final judging stages.
- Final judging stages will take place virtually from Monday 17th August 2026 – Friday 11th September 2026. The full judging schedule can be found here: https://www.ukccfawards.co.uk/judging-schdule/
- The winners will be announced at the Awards Gala Dinner date & time TBC.
