Final Judging Sessions

Nominations officially close at 5pm on the 1st August 2025. 

From Monday 3rd August, shortlisting takes place. All nominations are passed to our judges to view and they will score against the criteria in the nomination for and submit their top 8 finalists. 

On Friday the 15th August 2025, the final shortlist will be announced. You will be contacted via email and the shortlist will also be announced on our website and social media. 

Final Judging Session Format

Each day will follow the same schedule: 

8am – 9am – First Session
9am – 10am – Second Session
10am – 11am – Third Session
11am – 12noon – Fourth Session
12noon – 1pm – Lunch Break
1pm – 2pm – Fifth Session
2pm – 3pm – Sixth Session
3pm – 4pm – Seventh Session
4pm – 5pm – Eighth Session

Each session (except Contact Centre of the Year categories) follow the same format: 

  • 5 min introduction with chair and judges
  • 30 min presentation
  • 15 min Q&A with judges

Contact Centre of the Year categories follow this format: 

  • 5 min introduction with chair and judges
  • 45 min presentation 
  • 30 min Q&A with the judges
