Claire has over 2 decades of experience in driving transformation and operational excellence across the Housing, Financial services, and Retail sector. Having consistently delivered measurable improvements in customer experience and digital engagement and cost efficiency.
Previously at Bromford Housing, Claire led the Contact Centre Operations through a transformative period culminating in national recognition at the very UKCCF awards. With strategic direction, and commitment to empowering her team fostered a culture of innovation, resilience, and continuous improvement
