I didn’t plan to join the contact centre industry—but like many of life’s best journeys, the unplanned ones often lead to the most rewarding destinations.
 
Starting out as a customer service advisor, I quickly discovered the power of great service—not just in delivering outcomes, but in building trust, loyalty, and meaningful connections. That early experience shaped my passion for customer experience and set me on a path that’s now spanned over two decades.
 
Over the past 20+ years, I’ve had the privilege of working across multiple facets of the contact centre industry, guided by incredible mentors and surrounded by a community that shares my commitment to excellence. For the past six years, I’ve been part of Moneycorp, where I now lead as Group Head of Customer Experience. Every day, I get to champion the voice of the customer, drive strategic improvements, and support the development of our talented teams—all while delivering measurable value to the business.
 
I’m passionate about creating environments where people thrive, where service is elevated, and where customer experience is not just a function—but a culture. I believe in leading with empathy, inspiring through action, and always keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do.
